Whether it's a quick potty break, a play session, or a wellness check, our Visits service ensures that your pet receives the care they need during your absence. We offer short visits to your home for essential tasks such as feeding, dog walking, litter box cleaning, and more. This service is ideal for pets who need brief attention throughout the day, and we limit it to no more than two visits per day to ensure quality care and consistency.
Visits
Your sitter visits your home for a short time to provide a service. This could include a potty break, offering food, dog walking, litter box cleaning, or playing with your pet. This service is limited to no more than two visits per day.

Farm Visits
Your sitter visits your farm for a short time to provide a service. This could include feeding, grooming, and/or a wellness check. This service is limited to no more than one visit per day.

Castellan Visits
(no pets option)
This service is for households without pets. Your sitter will visit your home for a short period to provide basic property care. This could include general monitoring such as collecting mail, taking out the trash, turning lights on/off, and allowing access to service providers or contractors.

Pricing For Sitting
Our Sitting services are designed for those who need more comprehensive care for their pets and home. From daytime care to overnight stays, our sitters ensure that your pets are well-cared for while maintaining the security of your home. Whether you need someone to keep an eye on your house while you’re away or require full overnight supervision, we provide reliable, experienced sitters who treat your pets as their own.
Consultations
We offer a free first-time, 45-minute consultation to introduce you to your sitter at your home. Future consultations for our services are $15.00 and are limited to 45 minutes.

Pricing For Pet Taxi
Our Pet Taxi service offers convenient transportation for your pets, whether it’s a one-time trip to the vet or a round-trip to an appointment. With flexible pricing options, we make it easy to get your pet where they need to go safely and on time. We ensure that your pet is comfortable during their ride, and we offer a variety of options based on your specific transportation needs.
Your sitter will provide transportation for your pet. This could include dropping off or picking up your pet from an appointment. (Excludes equines)
Base rate of $20.00
Option 1.
If we are already at your home for a scheduled service, the base rate is waived and only a mileage fee of $1.50 will apply.
Option 2.
One-way only (drop off/pick up.) Includes a base rate of $20.00, plus a mileage fee of $1.50 per mile for any distance over 8 miles.
Option 3.
Round-trip (drop off & pick up.) Includes a base rate of $20.00, plus a mileage fee of $1.50 per mile for any distance over 8 miles.
Pricing For Packages
For added peace of mind, we offer a selection of Packages that enhance the care your pet receives during their stay. Whether it's daily updates through our Stay Informed Package or added safety with an Air Tag tracking device, our packages ensure you stay connected and reassured while you're away. Choose from individual options or a combination for a more comprehensive service tailored to your needs.
Stay Informed Package
Your sitter will provide unprompted daily updates. This includes text updates and daily or occasional photos of your pets.

Air Tag Package
Your sitter will provide an air tag (small tracking device) for your pet’s collar during the duration of their stay for added safety and peace of mind. This way your sitter will always have access to your pets location during their stay.

Premium Package
This includes both the Stay Informed and Air Tag Package at a discounted rate.

Packages are charged as a one-time fee and added to your final invoice
Medication Package
Injectable Medications Only
This policy applies exclusively to the administration of injectable medications (e.g., insulin or subcutaneous fluids). A one-time fee will apply per booking.
If your pet requires injectable medication, please be sure to select this option when scheduling our services to ensure proper care and preparation.
